Mitt and Bag

The class utilizes core exercises, boxing mitts and gloves, kicking with shields, and heavy bag workouts. This class will have you in shape in no time and you will have such a great time you won't even realize your working out. A combination of boxing, and kickboxing this is one of the most popular fitness trends to hit the fitness world in recent years. This intense, total-body workout can improve strength, cardio, flexibility, coordination, and balance. The American Council on Exercise (ACE), notes that, during a one-hour kickboxing workout, you can burn from 500 to 800 calories, which is up to twice the calories you burn during any one-hour step-aerobics.
