Competitive Kickboxing

This class is just that a full pro fighter workout designed to maximize your skills and put you at the peek of your performance level. This is a mixture of techniques from traditional Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai and Krav Maga. Students range from those desiring an intense workout (non-fighter) to members who are actively training for the ring (fighters).

A full range training class that teaches you the basics needed to become a Pro MMA fighter. This includes everything from Boxing, Wrestling, Jujitsu, Muay Thai and every other skill the instructors have ever picked up during their training and Competition across the U.S.
